La Tartufesta è arrivata
Si è fatta attendere, ma alla fine è arrivata. La Tartufesta 2015 ha fatto il suo debutto nelle strade di Sasso Marconi ieri mattina. Tante le possibilità per divertirsi. Ovviamente non mancano le bancarelle con i prodotti tipici. Per le vie del centro ci sono infatti le esposizioni dei produttori sassesi con tanti tipi di tartufo da assaggiare e comprare. Ma il pregiato tubero non è l’unico protagonista della festa, accanto a lui c’è tutta la sua corte, composta da olio, vino, miele, frutta, funghi e tutti gli altri prodotti del sottobosco. Nella Piazza, invece, arriva lo street food con nove venditori di Sasso Marconi pronti a distribuire cibo a base di tartufo da gustare per strada. Per assaggiare un po’ di vino c’è l’enoteca marconiana, che riunisce tutte le proposte delle cantine locali da far assaggiare ai visitatori. E poi ci sono gli stand gastronomici, il mercato tradizionale, i negozi del centro aperti e uno spazio per far giocare i bambini.
A dare un pizzico di curiosità alla giornata di ieri ci ha pensato una delegazione sarda. A un certo punto infatti l’attenzione di tutti è stata conquistata da un gruppo di ragazzi in maschera che, armato di costumi d’epoca e campanelli, ha fatto sgranare gli occhi a molti. Si tratta del gruppo folk “La Mascara Gadduresa” di Calangianus. Le più importanti maschere della tradizione gallurese hanno sfilato per le vie del centro per far conoscere a tutti la loro realtà. A proposito di Sardegna, l’enoteca è stata anche luogo di una disfida enologica tra l’isola e l’Emilia-Romagna. Pignoletto o Vermentino? Questa è stata la domanda posta ai partecipanti della degustazione di ieri pomeriggio. Davanti due bicchieri con altrettanti vini bianchi. La sfida è semplice: dopo aver annusato e assaggiato entrambi i calici si prova a indovinare qual sia il vino gallurese e quale dei Colli Bolognesi.
E questo è stato solo il primo giorno. La Tartufesta continua oggi e il prossimo weekend.
Tartufesta has come
Long in coming, but finally arrived; 2015 Tartufesta did its debut through the streets of Sasso Marconi, yesterday morning with many chances to have fun. Obviously the stalls with typical products aren’t missed. In fact, in the streets of downtown there are the exhibitions of Sasso’s producers with so many types of truffle to buy and taste. But the precious tuber is not the only protagonist of the festival: there’s all its court, made of oil, wine, honey, fruits, mushrooms and all the other undergrowth products. In the square instead, it comes the street food with nine sellers of Sasso Marconi ready to distribute truffle-based food, to be enjoyed in the street. To taste some wine, there is the Marconi wine shop, which gathers all the offers of the local wine bars for visitors to taste. And then there are culinary stands, the traditional market, the centre shops open and a place to make children play.
A Sardinian delegation gave a hint of curiosity to yesterday’s events: at a certain point everyone’s attention was captured by a group of young people wearing masks, costumes and bells; and they had all eyes on. It’s the folk band “La Mascara Gadduresa” from Calangianus. The most important masks of Gallura’s tradition paraded through the city streets to show everybody their customs. Talking about Sardinia, in the wine bar there also was an enological contest between the island and Emilia-Romagna. Pignoletto or Vermentino? This was the question that was asked to the participants of the tasting of yesterday afternoon, in front of two glasses of white wine. The challenge is easy: after smelling and tasting both wine glasses, you try to guess which is from Gallura and which one from Bologna’s hills.
And this was just the first day. Tartufesta continues today and next week end.
